A story about a computer could be good as we all like computers here. Proxima Centauri 19:18, January 17, 2010 (UTC)

people and computers[edit source]

VirileMail is a story about a computer that becomes conscious. I will be interested to see your ideas for a story about a computer. --JWSchmidt 18:45, January 18, 2010 (UTC)

In response to your question about VirileMail, the idea is that aliens arrive on Earth in the form of a nanorobotic artificial life form. The aliens help humans develop advanced computer hardware and then an alien mind instantiates itself inside that computer equipment.

You might also be interested in The Start of Eternity which is about telepathic robots and time travel.
--JWSchmidt 22:04, January 18, 2010 (UTC)

If I understand the premise, Cyberchase takes place inside a simulated world. Do you intend to have your story "in cyberspace" or in the real world? --JWSchmidt 00:09, January 19, 2010 (UTC)

computer powers <-- What do you mean by "Time Control"? --JWSchmidt 15:34, January 20, 2010 (UTC)

Redosian Empire[edit source]

I like the idea of creating stories based on game play. Have you ever seen The Squares of the City? That is an old fashioned (pre-video game era) example where a novel is based on a game of chess. For me, it seems strange to think that in this century Europe would unite as a kingdom. Is this just an alternate history in which Europe developed quite differently than in our universe? --JWSchmidt 23:28, January 23, 2010 (UTC)

Are you saying that if I get into the game then I will be able to see the "empire" that you created? --JWSchmidt 01:13, January 24, 2010 (UTC)
play the game <-- Sorry, I'm not interested. --JWSchmidt 01:54, January 24, 2010 (UTC)
why? <-- I usually find computer games to be more annoying than entertaining...scads of arbitrary rules and restrictions leading to nothing that justifies all of the frustrations. --JWSchmidt 02:49, January 24, 2010 (UTC)
previous question <-- You asked me to play the game and I explained to you why I don't want to. Even if you repeatedly ask me to play it I'm not going to play it. --JWSchmidt 22:34, January 24, 2010 (UTC)

personal answer[edit source]

what gender (sex) are you? <-- The "JW" stands for "John William", male. --JWSchmidt 15:37, February 28, 2010 (UTC)

story and gender[edit source]

i am a male. and i have read the story .. and it is quite captivating so far. I want to read more. any constructive feedback on my contributions would be appreciated as well. http://fiction.wikia.com/wiki/Special:Contributions/Emesee :) :) :) :) Emesee

lol..[edit source]

umm this is volunteer work/recreational work/unpaid labor... so.. um..

i glad you "love" my work... not everyone does. :) <3

although, i am glad to know you like specific feedback, so i may attempt to accomodate. :) Emesee

multiple accounts <-- I have no idea how many accounts he has or why one is not enough. I guess there is a long tradition of people using "pen names". --JWSchmidt 23:47, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

page deletion[edit source]

I deleted Star Wars vs Star Trek Cross-over. Do you mind if I read the deleted content? The page name has me interested. --JWSchmidt 21:26, June 27, 2010 (UTC)

I'm so clueless. Now I see that you have other pages for the project. Cool! --JWSchmidt 22:59, June 27, 2010 (UTC)
For Great War: Galactic Empire conquers Star Trek Galaxy, what are you imagining is the location of the "Galactic Empire"? I assume it is in another galaxy, but how far away is "far, far away"? --JWSchmidt 18:41, June 28, 2010 (UTC)
  • on the other side of the universe <-- This reminds me of the Borg, but they were only on the other side of the Galaxy. I think it was implied in Star Trek that it would take years for the Borg to travel across the galaxy and attack the Federation. How does the distant "Galactic Empire" come into conflict with the Federation? How long does it take the forces of the "Galactic Empire" to travel from their galaxy to Earth? --JWSchmidt 00:17, June 29, 2010 (UTC)

Fortress[edit source]

The Great Fortress made me think of Arthur C. Clarke's monolith, a mysterious alien artifact that comes to Earth and "changes everything". Such mysterious influences on humanity are probably my favorite science fiction theme. Until I got to this section I was expecting the crystal to arrive at Earth and be smashed to pieces, then requiring it to be slowly pieced together before its full powers could be realized. --JWSchmidt 01:00, July 1, 2010 (UTC)

Powers. I see mention of magic at The Great Fortress. I've long been interested in science fiction, but I've never learned how to appreciate fantasy. I think I lack a neural circuit that is required to deal with "magic" from the perspective of fantasy. I always end up trying to apply Clarke's law and find a way by which advanced technology can account for anything that seems like magic. --JWSchmidt 19:02, July 2, 2010 (UTC)

active users <-- There simply are not many active users here. You can post requests here and they will show up on the main page. --JWSchmidt 15:19, July 3, 2010 (UTC)

Well, I Used To Be...[edit source]

Well, Catherine, I used to be Ericthebrainiac, but now I am SoapOperaLover because I chose to be SoapOperaLover. --SoapOperaLover 14:46, July 1, 2010 (UTC)

Doing Mauricia's Story by Using One-paragraph-at-a-time[edit source]

Would any of you editors, including you, Catherine, like to do Mauricia's Story by using One-paragraph-at-a-time? --SoapOperaLover 15:35, July 1, 2010 (UTC)

I feel like enjoying sitting back and watching you guys type up my movie while y'all edit my movie for me. --SoapOperaLover 15:35, July 1, 2010 (UTC)

The First Half of the Plot to Mauricia's Story Is...[edit source]

The first plot to Mauricia's Story is when Eric and Patricia Curtis get married inside St. Matthew's Catholic Church in Sea City in 1945 while pregnant with twin girls named Davidanna and Samantha Curtis and have their first shot at stardom by having the Curtis family appear on Guiding Light until in 1954 when a baby girl name Mauricia Alicia Curtis is born and she gets her shot at stardom on As the World Turns in 1955. --SoapOperaLover 16:41, July 1, 2010 (UTC)

You may write the other halves of Mauricia's story including her academic life in Sea City High School when she took a lot of acting classes during her high school years and her college years in Florida State University and creating, producing, directing and starring in her own soap opera set in Las Vegas titled My Secret Obsessions in 1969, going on to create, produce, direct and starring in her own soap operas and telenovelas like Michael/Michaela, about a pop star with a split personality in 1976, María y Sebastián, a Spanish language telenovela about two star-crossed lovers who fall in love at first sight in 1985 while pregnant with Trent and California with her first yet abusive husband, Jonathan and her divorce from him and finding a new love in a Oakdale, Illinois man named John Hunter in 2010 and her death and funeral in the same year. --SoapOperaLover 15:41, July 8, 2010 (UTC)

Your Ban on the Althist Wikia[edit source]

No, I don't support it, however I think it's funny that it lasts for a literal milennia. Fedelede 15:58, July 5, 2010 (UTC)

Haha, get ready for July 4th, 3010, becuase that is the true date your ban is lifted. Arstarpool 16:14, July 5, 2010 (UTC)

Well, Oer did not accept MY IDEA OF THE 1 DAY PERIOD. So HE was the one that did not go along with it, NOT I. Arstarpool 01:42, July 6, 2010 (UTC)

Page protection[edit source]

JWSchmidt protected "The Story of the Crystal" [edit=autoconfirmed] (expires 16:37, July 13, 2010 (UTC)) [move=autoconfirmed] (expires 16:37, July 13, 2010 (UTC)) (Author request)

I also protected Green Crystal (Great Fortress). Is that what you wanted? --JWSchmidt 16:42, July 6, 2010 (UTC)

alt hist[edit source]

The Rise of the American Empire - Another version might go like this: 1) after 9/11, the Congress refuses to authorize an invasion of Afghanistan, requiring evidence that links the terrorists to the government of Afghanistan. 2) additional acts of terrorism take place 3) Bush keeps acting to increase his powers, eventually taking over the government.

I Wanted to Confess My Love for Soap Operas and Everything Related to Them[edit source]

The reason that I changed my nickname from "Ericthebrainiac" to SoapOperaLover is because I currently collect soap opera magazines and I currently started my TV Guide Magazine collection and I wanted to profess my love for soap operas and everything and everyone related to them.

Second, I thank you for taking the interest of my movie straight to the heart.[1] --SoapOperaLover 01:03, July 11, 2010 (UTC)

Okay, So, We Know That Patricia Holsten and Eric Curtis Were About to Marry Each Other When...[edit source]

Okay, so, we know that Patricia Holsten was ready to marry Eric Curtis on their wedding day on Thursday, March 2, 1945 when Davidanna and Samantha Curtis were being born inside St Matthew's Catholic Church in Sea City, Florida. Now, we are going to February 13, 1954 to when Mauricia Alicia Holsten-Curtis was born on the set of Guiding Light and on May 6, 1956, she gets her first starring role on As the World Turns in New York City. --SoapOperaLover 15:36, July 19, 2010 (UTC)

This will be the plot of the second chapter of Mauricia's Story if you want to use it for Chapter 2 of my movie. --SoapOperaLover 15:36, July 19, 2010 (UTC)

I Would Like to Do That, But....[edit source]

I would love to finish what I have started out with on Mauricia's Story, but I am officially out of Edna, Texas on Monday, August 2, 2010 and my idea was for you and the other editors to finish my movie after I am gone from this town on that day. --SoapOperaLover 20:47, July 21, 2010 (UTC)

NEVER! I don't have to, you know. Sunshine, lollipops, and rainbows...

Timeline of Opression of Galactic Empire[edit source]

Please remind me what "BMY" is. --JWSchmidt 15:30, August 3, 2010 (UTC)

Can you list some good examples of what the Empire did wrong <-- Sorry, but I am very ignorant about the Empire. I bow to your great depth of knowledge and honor your superior familiarity with such matters. --JWSchmidt 15:43, August 3, 2010 (UTC)

"the Empire's atrocities, judging from what you read from the story" <-- My lack of familiarity with characters such as "Timmy Turner" makes it very hard for me to understand events in the story. --JWSchmidt 16:05, August 3, 2010 (UTC)

I'm Back and Ready to Collaborate on A Story[edit source]

Hello there, Catherine, I am back for a collaboration on Mauricia's Story. --SoapOperaLover 19:25, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

Well, when I was in Victoria, I thought that it would lead to the simple life for me, but I began to miss my family and you because I couldn't stand to be away from my family and you for a month. --SoapOperaLover 19:25, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

I am asking you as a close acquaintance and a friend, please let's re-collaborate on Mauricia's Story together. --SoapOperaLover 19:25, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

The Middle Plot to the First Chapter of Mauricia's Story Is...[edit source]

The middle plot to the 1st chapter of Mauricia's Story is when Davidanna and Samantha were born on their mother's wedding day and we flash forward 5 years where we see Patricia is working at her production company called H-C Entertaiment in Sea City, Florida while she works on a soap opera titled Where the Road Ends and while pregnant with her third child, Mauricia Alicia Holsten-Curtis. --SoapOperaLover 17:32, August 7, 2010 (UTC)

Chapters 2 and 3 of Mauricia's Story R About....[edit source]

Chapter 2 is about when Mauricia has gotten her first acting job on her family's soap opera, Where the Road Ends in 1960 and making it big by playing Antoinette Silverspoon in the soap opera before making Sea City, Florida's #1 international smash hit titled My Secret Obsessions by playing an evil woman named Passion McGrainger in 1970. --SoapOperaLover 14:27, August 9, 2010 (UTC)

Chapter 3 is about Mauricia's many successes like her first Spanish language telenovela titled María y Sebastián. --SoapOperaLover 14:27, August 9, 2010 (UTC)

After "They are a lot alike in a lot of ways."...[edit source]

After the line, " They are a lot alike in a lot of ways.", I thought that after all of the years of friendship between two families, I typed that the Tresmeleras and the Holsten-Curtises were giving gifts to each other. --SoapOperaLover 19:05, August 10, 2010 (UTC)

What other ideas do you have, Sweet Catherine? --SoapOperaLover 19:04, August 10, 2010 (UTC)

The Plotline So Far[edit source]

How did you like the plotline so far, Catherine the Great? --SoapOperaLover 19:22, August 11, 2010 (UTC)

I Called You Cathrine the Great Because...[edit source]

The reason that I called you Catherine the Great is because you are the greatest editor in the history of Wikia. --SoapOperaLover 15:03, August 16, 2010 (UTC)

Do You Know How...?[edit source]

Do you know how I kept on talking about Sea City a lot? --SoapOperaLover 17:23, August 16, 2010 (UTC)

Well, the reason that I kept talking about Sea City 24-7 was because I really wanted the story to be written by a certain time because, yeah, the Barack Obama in me came out by pushing the issue on y'all but I did it with the intention of getting my stories finished and seeing if a television network would be interested in my stories and even your stories. --SoapOperaLover 17:23, August 16, 2010 (UTC)

That is why I keep on talking about my stories like a broken record sometimes. --SoapOperaLover 17:23, August 16, 2010 (UTC)

Fiction Category[edit source]

IMPORTANT: Since you use this category, this is specially pertinent to you. Please, make your opinion on the matter known. What use do you see in the "Fiction" category? Also, are you aware Novelas:Reviews? You may ask for reviews for any of your stories there, and I, for one, will try to go and read and comment on them all. For me, at least, reading is half the fun. --Nonimportant 04:12, August 23, 2010 (UTC)

Russian Empire (Constantine's Russia)[edit source]

I tried to, however, the Nationinfo template ended being a dump and needs a cleanup. Fedelede 00:33, August 25, 2010 (UTC)

Yes, I am still working on Wikia. Fedelede 13:17, December 5, 2010 (UTC)

I Wrote Chapter 1 of Mauricia's Story, Chapter 2 Is Yours.[edit source]

Since I wrote Chapter 1 of Mauricia's Story, would you like to write the second chapter of my story? -SoapOperaLover 13:39, September 3, 2010 (UTC)

If You Get The Chance To....[edit source]

If you get the opportunity to, would you like to have Proxima Centauri write Chapter 3 while you machinate the plot to Chapter 2 of Mauricia's Story? --SoapOperaLover 18:51, September 9, 2010 (UTC)

I Started You Off in Chapter 3 of Mauricia's Story[edit source]

I started you off in Chapter 3 of Mauricia's Story with the final episode ever of Where the Road Ends with the first words spoken by Patricia Holsten-Curtis through her character, "Well, do you want to get married or not?!" with the rest of the cast acting out their final scripts of the soap opera.

If you would please add more to Chapter 3, Catherine, I would love to hear your opinions of I.I.C. (or your input of communication, for short). --SoapOperaLover 16:56, September 27, 2010 (UTC)

Please do not use tautological categories (eg Fiction) Also avoid specifying length unless complete (Or at least of that length)User:Serprex 14:49, September 30, 2010 (UTC)

Do You Like The Part Where...[edit source]

Did you like the part that I added in Chapter 3 of Mauricia's Story where in the final minutes of the chapter 3 when Mauricia was practicing her lines for her production company, Mauricia's Eye Entertainment and acting out her storylines in My Secret Obsessions and where [Gianeraldine Tresmelera]] and Stephanie Franciscus were talking to Mauricia about working with her on future telenovelas, soap operas and television series at her company with Edward Manson? --SoapOperaLover 18:09, October 11, 2010 (UTC)

Are you going to finish your Tomboy story? I thought it was good. Nalyd Renrut - Legendary Snipe! Master of epic pwnage 21:42, October 24, 2010 (UTC)

What made you choose w:c:fiction over w:c:althistory?User:Serprex 03:03, February 9, 2011 (UTC)

Would you like me to vouch for lifting the ban you received at althist? You haven't seemed to repeat the mistakes you made there here. Or do you feel the community there wasn't fair in their assessments?User:Serprex 17:57, February 18, 2011 (UTC)

What is it that causes you to not primarily preview your intermediate edits?User:Serprex 03:35, February 19, 2011 (UTC)

Flat recent changes shows a rather excessive blot whenever you editUser:Serprex 04:30, February 19, 2011 (UTC)

They're quite adverse to lifting your ban. So it seems that's a shut doorUser:Serprex 15:39, February 19, 2011 (UTC)

They don't. Mitro suggested http://alternatehistory.com as an alternative site, which appears to have a wikiUser:Serprex 00:50, February 20, 2011 (UTC)

My First and Only Question to You[edit source]

Calthrina 950, this is my first and only question to you and if you don't want to help me with anything, I understand, but if you do, that's fine. Just hear me out, my first question is would you help me complete Celebrity and Heartbreak: The Mauricia Alicia Holsten-Curtis-Bundelby-Hunter Story? Like I first said, if you want to help me, that's fine and I won't ever bug anyone about my stories ever again and the same thing is said for if you don't want to help me with any of my stories. --SoapOperaLover 17:36, July 18, 2011 (UTC)

A list of links is easiest to understand which pages you meanUser:Serprex 13:29, December 17, 2011 (UTC)

Extra[edit source]

I really, really REALLY would like to know the finnish of the New Yorkan Empire. It seems really interesting, and I read the first one. Would you be willing to finish it?

Re:Ban on WikiNation[edit source]

I replied to your post on my talk page. --Semyon 17:49, June 14, 2016 (UTC)
