Strange story[edit source]

I must say this is one of the strangest stories I've ever read, and I have absolutely no clue as to how to continue this story. It would probably help if we could set up some guidelines for the plot, so that we know what each of us is thinking about how the plot is suppose to turn out. I mean, what does an eggplant have to do with a computer firm?

Did you look at this plot construction page? Please do not put plot details on this page; this page is to discuss the story, not construct it.

I like it[edit source]

Nice story. Cyberpunk genre: computers, networks, big companies. I liked the way the author introduces us to that universe. The first person and the descriptions are very good. As technical as I like it, hard science fiction. 8/10...

The story is written so as to show Joe's fears that some horrible alien invasion is taking place, or, at the very least, the aliens are treating Joe and his beloved Chloe like puppets. By the end of the story it should be clear that Joe's fears are not entirely supported by the facts (or are they? only the sequel will resolve it all!) so, my advice to readers: do not take the "Cyberpunk genre" label too seriously. --JWSchmidt 05:36, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
I just thought it was Cyberpunk when it was not finished and I only had read about networks and e-mail programs. I now know it is about aliens. David 15:16, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
