Lieutenant Shimousa becomes the new experimental subject and is exposed to a combination of drugs that has never before been tested. The new drug combination overcomes all previous problems and suddenly Dr. Dobashi confronts a new reality: he has the means to turn soldiers into efficient automatons who will never question their orders. Who can be trusted with this power?
Chapter 3[]
Dr. Dobashi returns to shore and decides to make use of Lieutenant Fukusa as a tool to go after Admiral Dardtso of Defense Intelligence, who has been illegally using mind control drugs against civilians.
